ANNIE COLEMAN SINGLETON AWARD
Named for the mother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the Annie Coleman Singleton Award is the highest honor given from the Gamma Xi Lambda Chapter to a woman for excellence in service, advocacy, leadership, artistic, academic and/or professional endeavors. The recipient will be an innovative problem-solver who is community-oriented and works independently and collaboratively to addresses issues effecting Minnesotan communities.

- Demonstrating vision, initiative, creativity and success within her profession, avocational interests and civic endeavors;
- Empowering youth of diverse backgrounds, genders, cultures, and identities; and
- Promoting personal and professional excellence that impacts Minnesotan communities.
