Friday, December 6 - First Fridays with "Alpha and Phriends"
Location: Crowne Plaza Minneapolis Northstar Downtown - 618 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55402

Details: GXL is partnering with Bachelor Boy Entertainment Group and their First Fridays events to do a special night of giving for Founder's Day. This is a special opportunity to celebrate with the Alphas and help the District of Minnesota. For every ticket purchased (or mentioned at the door) under the name "Alpha and Phriends" a portion will be donated back Gamma Xi Lambda that we will use to support March of Dimes. Tickets are $15 general admission and $25 priority seating. Come celebrate a special night with us at the Crowne Plaza!

Saturday, December 7 - Alpha and Phriends Community Service Project
Location: Progressive Baptist Church - 1505 Burns Ave, St Paul, MN 55106

Details: Join the brotherhood as we celebrate Founder's Day weekend in the true spirit of the Fraternity during our day of service. At this FAMILY-FRIENDLY event the brotherhood will serve the community by partnering with Progressive Baptist Church and assisting with their weekly food shelf event. We will help with unloading donated food, food check, and organization of the food prior to the food shelf serving those in need. We've also partnered with the Dorothy Day center, which is an opportunity for 8 individuals to serve meals to those families in need.
